The Department of Business Development uses DBD Biz Regist for digital juristic-person registration. Create an account and follow the identity-verification method currently shown by the system.
Forms and attachments depend on entity type
Choose the e-Form and manual for the actual partnership or company and its facts. A process checklist does not establish that documents or eligibility are complete.
Sign, pay and receive documents
After preparing the application and attachments, relevant parties sign using the system method. Submit, pay the amount shown by the system, check the result and then download digital documents.
Check case-specific requirements separately
Name reservation, business licences, document lists, fees and registrar decisions can differ. Review the current DBD manual or contact the department before filing.
